The Secco DVS (dual vac system) is the industries first wet or dry grinding and polishing solution designed to confine both dust and water in controlled environment. Dust caused by grinding stone and concrete without water and water used for specifically wet polishing and grinding are confined within the DVS shroud and removed by a wet/dry vacuum. Water has long been a necessary but messy and dangerous part of polishing and grinding stone and concrete with electrical tools.

When used on flat surfaces the DVS system removes 95% of ejected water and completely eliminates water spray. Water and dust ingestion is the leading cause of premature water feed electrical tool failure. By controlling the dust and water, the tools internal bearings, armatures and electrical connections will be less exposed and can increase the life of the tool by 100%. The DVS system is compatible with all 4" and 5" diamond polishing pads and threaded backer pads.

When using in grinding application, 4" and 5" diamond cup wheels with a non threaded or threaded arbor can be used. This grinder is equipped with an 800 watt 8 amp motor and features a variable speed dial located at the rear of the grinder. The RPM range of this unit is 500 - 4500 rpm. The polisher has a quick connect brass coupling and is supplied with all necessary hoses and connectors to hook up a standard garden hose. The arbor is 5/8-11 UNC thread and is compatible with all 5/8 threaded and non threaded tools.
